We'll walk you through every stage from initial ideas to having full planning. Our pricing below will capture most home renovation projects that we undertake.

£900 - Full layout change or garage conversion (including planning permission and building warrant)

£450 - Multi-room plan, which includes layouts and required alterations for the space

£250 - Single room, this could include a kitchen redesign or any existing space you want to repurpose

The process includes a consultation, concept development, detailed design and final review & handover.
